My Story
Welcome to Holmes Honey & Fresh Cut Flowers! Our small business started to take shape in 2020 when we inherited this property in Lake Villa. We had already been living here and enjoyed all the land had to offer. Our property serves the community through our love for bees, fresh-cut flowers, and education. The land boasts beautiful beehives, with a rich, golden nectar harvested to make our delicious honey. In addition, we offer a wide selection of fresh cut flowers, providing a beautiful display of color and scents, from bedroom bouquets to gorgeous tabletop pieces. All this is made possible thanks to our dedication to nature and education. We’re excited to share these experiences with the community and offer something special for everyone!
